Accounting Manager

Right now, we need to strengthen our Finance team with an accounting manager who will focus on implementation of accounting standards and management.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Ensure the accurate implementation of accounting standards, rules and specifications for accounting and accounting management across the Group, local entities and all information systems. For financial systems, corporate middle platforms and other relevant systems, resolve financial data quality issues from process and data perspectives via professional and information-based tools, and provide high-quality financial data for the management team.
Process optimization and system operation & maintenance: Sort out and standardize financial business processes and management rules related to the company’s functional platforms; participate in the design, configuration and implementation of system process solutions, and collaborate with the IT team to advance system optimization. Identify and analyze abnormalities in business execution, propose solutions and continuously track improvement outcomes.
Comprehensive coordination and support: Coordinate liaison matters between various departments of the functional platforms and the finance team, and handle ad-hoc financial work requests. Be responsible for internal administrative management of the department, maintenance of financial archives and other daily administrative support work.
Possess experience in import and export tax rebates; undertake compliant declaration of all tax types, export tax rebates and cross-border tax administration. Ensure the compliance and efficiency of the company’s tax operations and effectively control tax risks through professional tax processing and planning.
Assist in other relevant work including corporate statistics and auditing.
You probably have the following experiences & skills:
Full-time bachelor’s degree or above in finance, accounting or other finance-related majors; holders of the Intermediate Accountant Certificate or Tax Agent Certificate are preferred.
More than 7 years of relevant work experience (moderately negotiable for outstanding candidates); familiar with enterprise accounting standards and relevant regulations, with extensive experience in full-module financial accounting.
Possess strong logical thinking and data sensitivity, capable of independently identifying problems, driving solutions and continuous optimization. Excellent communication, coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to proactively collaborate with multiple departments to promote work.
English proficiency for working purposes.
