Operations Specialist

Right now, we need to strengthen our Logistics & Operations team with a Operations Specialist who will be responsible for customs compliance management, coordination of daily import and export operations, design of customized logistics solutions for customers, and overall planning of transportation services.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Assist service providers in conducting internal audits for customs compliance,and organize and prepare relevant compliance documentation.
Collect product-related information to support service providers in determining accurate tariff classifications and mitigating customs compliance risks.
Manage import and export orders, prepare full sets of customs declaration documents, and resolve various issues arising during the customs clearance process.
Be responsible for the development, evaluation, and selection of partner resources such as customs brokers and carriers.
Provide customized warehousing value-added services and transportation solutions tailored to the specific needs of customers.
Daily inbound/outbound operation handling, prepare relevant doc to customers.
Ensure accurate inventory management and strive to optimize Days of Inventory (DOI).
Manage daily warehouse operations, review operational performance, and collaborate with suppliers to develop corrective action plans.
Complete other tasks assigned by management.
You probably have the following experiences & skills:
Bachelor’s degree or above.
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in logistics, customs, or supply chain operations.
Practical knowledge of import/export procedures and regulations in Mainland China and Hong Kong.
Experience in the 3C product industry is highly preferred.
Proven ability to work independently, with strong self-motivation and a keen willingness to learn.
Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in office software.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
