Culture Marketing Manager, China

What you’ll do:
We are currently looking to strengthen our China Marketing team with a Culture Marketing Manager who will be responsible for the planning and execution of the China Music Strategy, as well as maintaining and expanding our local music and culture network in China. The role will require deep cooperation with local artists, music and culture community partners and local market stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Operations and eCom. The role will manage the China local community events, activations and always on programming and pilot projects. The position is based in Shanghai, China but will require travel to our key music cities. The role reports to the China Marketing Manager, currently based in Shenzhen, China.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage multiple projects and campaigns through the full production cycle to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and in line with agreed objectives
Define project scope, timelines, priorities, deliverables and resources
Create and maintain creative plans, shoot plans and briefs to ensure timely submission of all creative deliverables
Lead and manage internal and external creative partners (i.e. photographers, videographers, copywriters, designers, developers, vendors, translation agency etc.) to ensure projects are managed and executed effectively
Present creative production check-ins clearly, accurately, and professionally to stakeholders
Set up processes for secure file storage and manage our brands asset bank, ensure our content is up to date
Organize & build resources related to asset creation
Integrate the needs of content from internal stakeholders
Liaise between the internal creative team and external production teams
Develop risk & contingency plans
Provide analysis of asset creation successes
Manage budget & timeline while staying on target validating and tracking to ensure they are within allocated project and cost centers
Audit of production suppliers
Keep the organisation updated on brand roadmap projects production progress through internal Monday.com status board
Attend packaging kick-offs and be responsible for delivering packaging photography or 2D renders on time.
Works closely with Art Director China on all campaign and projects like LNY, Tmall online and offline project, C2M projects, Social Content, etc.
Work closely with China Marketing Manager and APAC Marketing team on regionally relevant projects and campaigns.
Work closely with China Sales and Ecom team on managing channel adaptions for ecom and sales channels
Who we’re looking for:
6+ years of experience in producing and managing creative projects for marketing/advertising/digital platform
Experience managing teams, directing workflow, delegating tasks
Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience
Experience in creative production processes in a fast-paced digital environment
Experience working with a Tech, Lifestyle or similar consumer brand or content platform
You probably have the following experiences & skills:
Excellent communication and project management skills and experience working on Monday.com, figma, miro
Attention to detail and eye for perfection
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
Thrives in an entrepreneur environment that is agile and evolving
Ability to perform under pressure and has a driven spirit
Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
Ability to manage creatives to uphold timelines, deliverables and budgets
