Account Manager - Nordics

Right now, we need to strengthen our Sales team with an Account Manager who will focus on the Nordics region.
Role & Responsibilities

We’re looking for a results-driven Key Account Manager to grow our Nordics sales business, achieve annual targets, and position our brand as a market leader. You’ll drive sell-in to key accounts, strengthen partnerships, and identify new business opportunities to ensure long-term growth.
What you’ll do:
Own and grow key accounts across the Nordics, driving revenue and margin growth.
Develop strong relationships with key retailers and distributor partners (incl. HiFi Klubben, Komplet Group, Clas Ohlson, Elon).
Create and execute customer plans covering product promotions, marketing, and promotional events.
Support and enhance partner marketing strategies in line with the EMEA strategy.
Provide insights on the Nordics market trends and competitor activity.
Collaborate with and support the sales team to drive product availability in retail.
Lead quarterly business reviews with Channel Marketing Managers.
Report directly to the Senior Manager, Nordics.
You likely have the following qualifications:
+3 years of hands-on experience in Consumer Electronics and/or Telecom, demonstrating a deep understanding of industry dynamics and customer needs.
Proven self-motivation and goal-oriented approach with a track record of working independently in a home office setting.
Established strong relationships and influence within Nordic Consumer Electronics distribution channels, facilitating business opportunities.
Extensive experience in account management and operational planning, ensuring smooth execution of business objectives and customer satisfaction.
Proficient in utilising customer relationship management (CRM) tools to enhance client interactions and drive engagement.
In-depth knowledge of technology trends, business growth strategies, and customer success practices.
Fluent in English, with proficiency in Swedish considered a valuable asset.
Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset with a strong track record of identifying and seizing business growth opportunities.
Skilled in effectively managing budgets, adhering to financial constraints while optimising resource allocation.
