Forecast Manager

What you’ll do:
Forecasting is critical for a manufacturer like Marshall, and this role plays a key part in strengthening our business excellence across both financial and supply predictability. You will lead projects and day-to-day forecasting processes together with internal and external stakeholders, driving operational and financial impact across the Marshall Group.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Own and continuously improve tools and processes to ensure accurate financial and supply forecasts across all revenue streams, including Headphones, Speakers, Amplifiers, Licensing, Circular business, and spare parts.
• Manage the forecasting process for Headphones, Speakers, and Amps, which includes:
- Leading sales forecast meetings and presenting insights and recommendations.
- Reviewing and analyzing sales forecasts.
- Collaborating with regional VPs to align and manage global demand forecasts.
- Executing the global demand forecast in our ERP system.
- Lead improvements and resolve issues in our forecasting tool and BI environment.
- Identify and present insights on forecast and sales trends to internal stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
- Coordinate phase-out plans to keep inventory levels optimal.
Who we’re looking for:
Analytical and data-focused, able to connect different information sources to find valuable insights.
Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships and trust with stakeholders.
Strong project management abilities with strong attention to details.
Skilled at working with and visualizing large datasets from multiple sources.
Proactive in approach.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Swedish and English.
Creative and a can-do attitude with curiosity for problem solving and make things better.
You probably have the following experiences & skills:
3-4 years of experience in a supply-chain or business analytics role.
Experience working with various IT systems.
Relevant degree (at least a BSc).
Proficient in MS Office and BI tools, preferably Power BI, Planacy, Dynamics. Experience with MS Fabric is a plus.
