APAC Operations Specialist

Right now, we need to strengthen our sales team with an APAC Operations Specialist who will focus on providing support from sales order planning to shipping execution.
What you’ll do:
In a highly sales driven organization, you are expected to actively support from Sales Order planning to shipping execution by overseeing the supply versus demand, utilize existing and develop new resources to support sales activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Customer Requirement Coordination
Serve as the key contact for customer logistics needs, proactively communicate with customers to clarify shipment requirements (including delivery time, quantity, packaging standards, special instructions, etc.), provide professional logistics advice, and ensure full alignment with customer expectations.
Shipment Plan & Execution
Develop scientific and cost-effective shipment plans based on customer requirements, inventory status, and transportation resources. Coordinate closely with warehouse operations teams to ensure timely picking, packing, Value-Added services and loading of goods, and track the entire process to resolve potential bottlenecks in advance.
Support Customers with FTA COO demands for Prefential Import Duty application.
Support import and export shipping execution by closely collaborating with our own and customers’ nominated Logistics Service Providers Collaboration. Using professional judgement to select and manage cooperative freight forwarders, negotiate transportation costs, routes, and service terms to ensure stable and efficient transportation services. Track shipment status with freight forwarders in real time, feed back information to customers promptly, and handle abnormal situations such as delays, damages, or customs issues.
Documentation & Data Management
Prepare and review logistics documents such as Packing List and Proforma Invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance. Record and organize shipment data, summarize operation reports regularly, and provide data support for continuous process optimization.
APAC eCommerce Support
Follow up on regular system generated orders to track the order production, packing, shipping and anomalies such as returns, defects and etc.
You probably have the following experiences & skills:
Bachelor's degree or above, major in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related fields. 1-3 years of relevant B2B, B2C logistics operation experience is preferred.
Familiar with logistics operation processes, including warehouse management, transportation scheduling, and freight forwarding cooperation. Understanding of international logistics customs declaration, inspection, and other related policies is a plus.
Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, able to handle English documents and communicate with international customers/forwarders.
Strong communication and coordination skills, able to effectively communicate with customers, warehouse teams, and freight forwarders to resolve problems efficiently.
Detail-oriented, with strong sense of responsibility and emergency response ability, able to handle complex logistics abnormal situations calmly.
Proficient in using Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and experience in using ERP and logistics management systems (WMS, TMS) is preferred. Sound Data Analysis skills are preferred.
Have a positive work attitude, strong teamwork spirit, and the ability to work under certain work pressure.
