Key Account Manager Iberia

This position will be placed in Spain from a home office.
What you’ll do:
We’re looking for a Key Account Manager Iberia to accelerate our growth across retail and online channels, expand our regional footprint, and strengthen our relationships with top-tier partners.
You will report directly to the Director, Western Europe & Lifestyle EMEA.
- Own and grow the Retail & Online channels across Spain and Portugal, driving revenue and margin growth
- Manage and strengthen relationships with local key retailers and distributor partners
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the region
- Create and execute customer plans covering product portfolios, marketing, and promotional activities in line with EMEA strategy
- Support forecasting and demand planning to ensure delivery alignment and business continuity
- Negotiate and close deals while maintaining deep insight into regional market conditions
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with the Top-3 key accounts in Spain and Portugal
- Reinforce direct relationships with those top accounts
- Define and support channel-marketing priorities together with the Western-Europe Channel Marketing Manager
Who you are:
- 3+ years of sales experience in Consumer Electronics and/or Telecom
- Comfortable working independently from a home office, with strong prioritization skills
- A proven network and influence within Spanish (and ideally Portuguese) consumer–electronics and large-scale (LS) distribution channels
- Strong account planning, forecasting, and promotional planning skills
- Experience in international sales, with hands-on execution of region-wide sales strategies
- Passion for technology, business growth, and customer success
- Excellent proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English
- Strong multi-project management skills
- Organised and sales-driven mindset, with entrepreneurial spirit — able to build a growth platform, work independently or within a team, and manage budgets.
