Talent Acquisition Partner, APAC

Right now, we need to strengthen our Talent Acquisition team with a Talent Acquisition Partner who will focus on hiring the right talent for our growing APAC region and work with our EMEA team to apply our global strategy.
This is a temporary position for 12 months with a possibility for extension, starting ASPA!
What you’ll do:
As our Talent Acquisition Partner for the APAC region, you will deliver on our APAC expansion plan with approximately 35 hires across the entire region in conjunction with our Director, Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding based in Sweden.
This role has a clear global recruitment strategy and you will advise based on your local knowledge needs for the region to become more mature from a recruitment perspective.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Full cycle recruitment including but not limited to:
* In-take meetings
* Advising management on interviewing and hiring
* Creating job descriptions and job ads
* Direct headhunting of candidates
* Candidate screening
* Interview organisation
* Making offers, hire administration & cooperate with HR on compensation/benefit questions.
- Be the strategic partnership for leaders within assigned business units, including but not limited to:
* Understanding future hiring needs
* Creating tailored hiring strategies for each department, including but not limited to advertising strategies, interview processes etc
* Annual employer branding planning 
* Talent advisory
- Training managers and hiring team in the Marshall Group recruitment process and methodologies.
- Identify & own the delivery of improvement projects within APAC region.
- Contributing and driving various other projects within the wider Talent Acquisition scope.
- Recruitment metric & analytics ownership in APAC for reporting purposes & using data to identify recruitment process efficiency improvements.
- Advising the Director, Talent Acquisition on annual budget requirements for APAC.
Who we’re looking for:

- Understanding of candidate experience 
- Strong relationship building
- High levels of adaptability
- Strong data analytical skills (building narratives, reporting, apply KPIs into data sets)
You probably have the following experiences & skills:
- 5 or more years experience in Talent Acquisition hiring a wide rang of roles, ideally with a mix of recruitment agency/RPO/recruitment consultancy or in-house companies.
- Proven experience using Applicant Tracking Systems to manage recruitment processes.
- Proven experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools. 
- Strong understanding of how to X-Ray Search & Boolean search to find hidden talent.
- Previous experience using Psychometric testing to hire candidates and interpreting the results.
- Understanding of how to apply D&I targets into recruitment practices to continuously improve diversity hiring.
- Business level of English.
