Right now, we need to strengthen our HR team with a HR Coordinator who will focus on handling a wide range of HR related areas and administrating and coordinating payroll together with Finance department..
What you’ll do:
As HR Coordinator you will handle a wide range of HR related areas such as HR administration, HR system support, recruitment, employee support, work environment, benefits, regulations etc. You will administrate and coordinate payroll together with Finance department.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- HR administration such as creating employment agreements and certificates, updates of policy documents etc.
- Offer support to employees and managers on HR related matters.
- Onboarding and offboarding support.
- Support continuous improvement in HR policies and practices.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure effective processes and fair decisions.
- Develop content for trainings, create presentations.
- Support the company’s D&I work.
- Relocation and visa support to the organisation.
- Payroll administration.
- Publish job advertisements in local and global job boards.
- Maintain local job boards.
- Arrange interviews and support for rest of recruitment process.

In order to success in the role, you have a hands-on attitude, a consultative approach, a great ability to develop lasting relationships across functions and you thrive in an environment where every day is different – tasks vary from managing HR projects, to supporting employees and managers, to handling administrative tasks.
You probably have the following experiences & skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Human Resources or related field.
- 2+ years Human Resources experience
- Demonstrated experience from general HR functions
REQUIRED LANGUAGES (besides Mandarine):
- English
