Right now, we need to strengthen our App Team with a Service Designer who will focus on driving a human-centered and insight-led approach across the Marshall App and translating user insights into meaningful product experiences.
What you’ll do
As a Service Designer for App your overall responsibility is to drive a human centered and insight led approach across the Marshall App and its connected products. You advocate for insight driven innovation through ensuring that new features, improvements and experiences are grounded in real user needs.
You work closely with the rest of the App Team and stakeholders translating business goals and user insights into meaningful services, concepts and a cohesive app experiences. By bridging user insights and strategy you ensure that the Marshall App evolves into a strong, standalone digital product. Your work creates user value while maintaining seamless integration with our physical products.
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead user research initiatives to understand needs, behaviors, and journeys - then translate insights into meaningful product improvements
Facilitate concept development and co-creation with the App Team to enhance the app experience
Collaborate with hardware-focused Service Designers on experiences across digital and physical touchpoints
Define and implement research best practices and continuously improve ways of working with the team

You probably have the following experiences & skills
A few years as a Service Designer or similar role within digital product development
Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or related field
Experience designing for interactive physical/digital products and working in agile settings
Proven ability to lead qualitative research, map customer journeys and use data to improve user experience
Experience building service prototypes and communicating design solutions to stakeholders
Fluent in English
