Right now, we are ooking for a supplier quality engineer to join our organization in Thailand Chonburi OEM factory. We´re looking for a self-motivated person with a positive, flexible and pragmatic mindset. You´re used to take own initiatives and are always pushing for continuous improvements. Roles & Responsibilities:

1.Processs quality management:

- Follow up the quality management of supplier from IQC to finished product, push the supplier to improve the unqualified problem points and confirm the improvement results on site

- Participate in the evaluation supplier SOP in the supplier factory,raise the problem and push the supplier to improve and follow up the result

- Conduct daily production line audit on supplier process, identify problems in process and push supplier to improve, ensure batch problems are not found in the final OQC stage

- Verify and follow up material quality and reliability test results when supplier changes materials at local plant

2. Process data monitoring：

- Daily monitoring of supplier production data statistics, not limited to input and output data, but also daily supplier incoming materials and process quality daily data

- Production line SPC statistical control data and chart analysis and verification

- Monitor the process of defective products or repair products to ensure that defective products are properly dealt with

3. QS/Process audit：

- Conduct quarterly and annual QS or process audits, or surprise audits of supplier processes and quality systems when quality anomalies occur

- Perform new supplier import quality audit

4. Sustainiability Committed

- Support the HQ Sus team for the waste and CO2 measurement processes.

- Support the investigations current waste management of ODM

- Support the HQ to implement Scrap policy at marshall

5. Dealing with customer complaints

- Work with suppliers to analysis and follow up the issues happens on the field..

- After the supplier proposes the improvement plan, confirm the effectiveness of the results on site.

- Review 8D report and verify correction action implementation and effectiveness.

You probably have the following experiences & skills:

- Bachelor degree in Electronic engineering, mechanical enigineering or corresponding education is appreciated

- At least 3 years working experience with quality management.

- Experience in and Good command of all quality tools and demonstration

- Experience in process audit, identify problems in process and push suppliers to improve

- Experience in designing procedure nodes in quality II level files, able to identify risk points in supplier process and push supplier to improve

- Experiences in consumer electronics industry, Acoustical industry in particular will be a plus

- Self-driven and reliable; juggle a multitude of tasks some with very short notice. Non-prestigious and humble person who understands that running a fast-growing company.

- Knowledge of 6-sigma principle (GRR, DOE, etc.)

- Understanding of consumer electronics and audio manufacturing technologies

- Be able to use various common office software, such as PPT, Excel etc

- Strong written and verbal English communication skills;

- Being able to speak Chinese is a plus
