Right now, we need to strengthen our Sales team with a Lifestyle Manager, APAC who will focus on developing and expanding the lifestyle channel across APAC by working closely with our distributors.
What you’ll do:
The primary objective of this role is to develop and expand the lifestyle channel across APAC by working closely with our distributors. The Lifestyle Manager will focus on building strong relationships with key retailers, enhancing the presence of our brand in the lifestyle segment.
This channel is strategic for building brand heat and driving incremental revenue, making it a vital part of the regional growth plan.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Build and Develop the Lifestyle Channel:
Collaborate with distributors to grow the lifestyle channel through strategic partnerships and initiatives.
Identify and target key retailers to expand our presence and influence in the lifestyle segment.
Relationship Management:
Establish and nurture strong relationships with retailer partners to foster collaboration and business growth.
Conduct regular meetings and reviews to align on objectives, campaign planning, and joint initiatives.
Drive Sales and Revenue:
Lead efforts to drive sales within the lifestyle segment, focusing on high-impact retail partners.
Support distributors in executing the regional sales strategies to generate additional, incremental revenue.
Channel Activation & Brand Heat:
Plan and execute retail activations, POS campaigns, and exclusive events to energise the channel and build brand heat.
Develop innovative promotional strategies aligned with key cultural moments and urban lifestyle trends.
Market & Consumer Insights:
Analyse market trends and consumer insights to identify new opportunities and improve the effectiveness of activations.
Provide input on product and partnership opportunities based on retail feedback and market demand.
Strategic Planning & Coordination:
Develop and implement strategic initiatives to elevate the lifestyle channel’s role in overall business growth.
Coordinate with marketing, sales, and trade teams to ensure a cohesive approach and maximise execution.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Regularly monitor channel performance, reporting on key KPIs such as sales, brand heat, and retailer engagement.
Adjust strategies as needed to optimise results and ensure targets are met or exceeded
Who we’re looking for:
Exceptional ability to build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and internal stakeholders. Skilled at influencing and negotiating to secure strategic partnerships and drive joint business initiatives.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working across multiple teams, cultures, and markets. Able to effectively coordinate with marketing, sales, trade, and external partners.
A self-starter with a leadership mindset, able to operate independently and take ownership of initiatives. Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously and working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Ability to think creatively about brand activations, collaborations, and retail experiences that energise the channel and build heat around the brand.
You probably have the following experiences & skills:
A proven track record of successfully developing and executing channel strategies, especially within premium or lifestyle retail segments. Demonstrates a results-driven mindset with a strong ability to meet and surpass targets.
Deep understanding of consumer trends within the APAC region, particularly in the luxury, lifestyle, and premium segments. Ability to analyze data and market insights to identify opportunities and optimize activations.
Extensive experience working with lifestyle retailers, high-end department stores, and premium e-commerce platforms. Familiar with activating retail spaces, POS campaigns, and brand activations in urban, trend-driven markets.
Deep understanding of APAC markets with a network of retailer contacts. Fluent in English, with regional language skills considered a plus.
Familiar with the latest digital and social media trends, with an understanding of how to leverage online platforms for retail activation and brand storytelling.
