What you’ll do:
We’re looking for a highly organised and culturally connected Marketing Specialist to support our German market. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Marketing Manager, Central & Eastern Europe to execute and coordinate local marketing activities with excellence — ensuring strong local relevance while staying aligned with Regional and Global strategy. This is a hands-on, execution-driven role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves music and culture, and knows how to turn plans into reality.
Local Consumer Plan Execution
Execute the German Local Consumer Plan in alignment with Regional Consumer Strategy
Track priorities, timelines and deliverables and ensure on-time delivery across all initiatives
Agency & Partner Management
Coordinate with cultural partners, venues and collaborators
Act as the operational point of contact between agencies and internal teams
Marketing Activation & Campaign Execution
Plan and execute local marketing activities including consumer events, brand activations and local content deployment
Manage timelines, assets and deliverables
Handle logistics for product seeding, event production and partnerships
Culture & Music Strategy Support
Support execution of local music strategy, artist programs, sponsorships and cultural activations
Coordinate planning, communication and post-event reporting
Cross-Department Collaboration
Align with Channel Marketing for strong in-store and online execution
Collaborate with Lifestyle & B2B teams on joint initiatives
Support MI & CE stakeholders on product launches and activations
Reporting & Performance Tracking
Track and report KPIs (events, digital performance, engagement, reach)
Consolidate reporting for regional/global teams
Support ROI analysis and budget tracking
Market Representation
Support representation of the German market in regional/global calls as brand ambassador
Prepare internal decks, recaps and presentations
Share local insights and feedback with HQ
You probably have the following experiences & skills:
2+ years’ experience in a marketing coordinator or similar execution-focused role
Experience within a music, tech or lifestyle brand
Strong understanding of the German music scene — especially grassroots culture
Strong organisational and planning skills
Fluent German and English
Comfortable working independently and cross-functionally
Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
Creative problem-solver
Ambitious and self-driven
Thrives in fast-paced environments
Comfortable to work from a home office
