Junior Industrial Designer
Right now, we need to strengthen our team with a Junior Industrial Designer who will support our design projects and take ownership of well-defined tasks throughout the product development process.

Right now, we need to strengthen our team with a Junior Industrial Designer who will support our design projects and take ownership of well-defined tasks throughout the product development process.
What you’ll do:
Run well-defined design projects with support from a Mid or Senior Designer.
Take responsibility for your own time and ensure that assigned tasks are delivered on schedule.
Focus on developing your skills in sketching, CAD, visualization, and presentation.
Support mid- and senior designers through all phases of product development.
Participate in decision-making based on briefs, research, user studies, and design direction.
Follow, interpret, and implement design directions in ongoing design work.
Share design work and product progress internally throughout the entire process.
Work with awareness of user needs, sustainability, production aspects, and business perspectives.

You are someone who enjoys taking responsibility for your own delivery, works proactively, and thrives in a collaborative environment. You stay curious, want to grow your craft, and bring a user-centered and insight-driven mindset to your work. You value structure, clarity, and continuous improvement, and you’re excited about being part of a team that shapes meaningful products.
You probably have the following experiences & skills:
0-2 years of experience in product or industrial design, preferably within consumer electronics
Bachelor’s or higher within industrial design or similar
Experience in sketching, CAD, visualisation, and presentation.
Have a user-centered and insight-driven approach, based on research and understanding of user needs.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
