Channel Marketing Specialist, China

Right now, we need to strengthen our APAC marketing team with a Channel Marketing Specialist, China who will focus on in-store retail management and online/offline partner engagement.
Roles & Responsibilities:
In-store retail management:
- Drive brand visibility and customer engagement through merchandising optimisations.
- Enhance brand awareness through brand & product story telling through distributor.
- Maintain good communication with key partners and coordinate the implementation of HQ’s visual guideline.
Engagement:
- Develop clear engagement strategy/system and calendar according to the business goals by closely alignment with business strategy.
- Facilitate product and sales trainings in mainland China according to training and content guidelines for our Partners (online & offline).
- Manage the external training/field sales resources’ performances, evaluation, and overall strategy in engagement.
- Set up trainer/field sales qualification standard and monitor the trainers/field sales’ performances.
- Leverage system to effectively monitor the engagement outcome.
- Work together with Global Training in creating and/or adapting training content and assets for the local market.
- Work together with business department to plan training events and to setup training operations in the local market.

At Marshall Group, we're an international company so having excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese is key.
You probably have the following experiences & skills:
- 3-5 years of experience on retail management, those with training experience with retailers/distributors.
- Knowledge of retail basics, VM, training, the consumer’s path to purchase journey.
- Priority for those with training or engagement experience to different channels (both online & offline)
