Key Account Manager, Offline China

What you’ll do:
We’re looking for a results-driven Key Account Manager – Offline to grow our China sales business, achieve annual targets, and position our brand as a market leader. You’ll drive sell-in to key accounts, strengthen partnerships, and identify new business opportunities to ensure long-term growth.
Drive Sell-In to Customers
- Develop and execute customer sales plans aligned with global and local strategies.
- Collaborate with customers on realistic sales and demand forecasts
- Ensure timely delivery of brand plans, sales assets, and support
- Secure agreements and document sales conditions in line with policies
- Implement global channel strategy and ensure integration between online and offline channels
- Manage budgets and costs in line with strategic goals
Drive Sell-Out with Customers
- Monitor market trends and brand performance to guide customers.
- Work closely with offline distributors to balance online/offline growth
- Manage customer demand and coordinate internal resources to support sell-out
- Support eCommerce operations to meet revenue targets
Identify & Develop New Business Opportunities
- Spot strategic opportunities to strengthen the company’s roadmap in China
- Build partnerships to drive future growth
- Support strategy development and customer initiatives
- Follow up on leads from trade shows and daily operations
- Share market insights with leadership teams
You probably have the following experiences & skills:
- Bachelor’s degree with a commercial background
- 3+ years in the musical instruments sector or related industry.
- 2+ years offline retail management experience.
- Self-driven, reliable, humble, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and verbal).
