eCom Analytics & Insights Manager

What you’ll do:
As an eCom Analytics & Insights Manager in the Global eCom Experience team, you will work hands-on to transform data into actionable insights that shape our eCom strategy and performance. In this role you will support in making sure we have the right tracking and reports to be able to uncover opportunities and evaluate campaigns as well as reporting on the correct KPIs. You are on top of customers' behavior across site and CRM, notice trend shifts when they happen and are well experiences within CRO and A/B testing. Great communication and interpersonal skills will make you successful in this role. You are reporting to Senior Manager, eCom Experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Monitoring the sites and CRM on a daily basis to follow-up on KPIs on both a global and regional level and product category level.
- Continuously monitoring user behaviors and sharing insights with the UX/UI Designer
- Setting plans for CRO and A/B testing and support with evaluations and sharing these with stakeholders
- Creating monthly reports, campaign reports, project evaluations and supporting with quarterly business reviews to follow-up on KPIs
- Managing our eCom Dashboard, report templates, documentations and structures for reporting
- Analyzing and reporting on our CRM data base and helping define segments
- Mentoring the team on how to analyze and follow-up within their area of responsibilities
- Setting up tracking of events in GTM
You probably have the following experiences & skills:
- 5+ years experience of similar roles
- Experience in GA4, Looker, Funnel.io, Qlik Sense, PowerBI or similar tools
- Understanding of BigQuery and basic SQL
- Experience analyzing multi-market e-commerce
- Experience of technical implementation of tracking of events and GTM
- Experience with CRO and A/B testing across site and CRM
- Great at creating presentations with clear takeaways and graphs to paint the picture
- Experience from working hands-on with digital/performance marketing and SEO is a plus
