Product Manager

What you’ll do:
We need to strengthen our R&D team in Shenzhen with a product manager who will focus on driving Marshall headphones development. You will develop the strategic product roadmap for a category of Marshall’s headphone portfolio and drive the development with a focus on P/L and product outcomes. You will also align and anchor prioritization, directions, and decisions to cross-functional teams and stakeholders across the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ensure a strong product-market fit—balancing user desirability, business viability, and technical feasibility.
- Analyze consumer and market insights to develop a deep understanding of the market and the user.
- Define discovery hypotheses, explore, and identify the right product to build, in collaboration with tech and design leads.
- Explore new technology adoption and drive innovative concept studies.
- Develop, plan, and present the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our product ambitions, incl. the business case.
- Align the Product team around the product objectives and requirements.
- Support Brand & Marketing and Sales teams in the go-to-market planning.
- Monitor the user experience and the products’ business performance on the market.
- Ensure efficient life cycle management.

You probably have the following experiences & skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or a related field.
- Above 10 years of work experience and at least 3 years of product management for consumer electronics.
- Strong technical competence to influence and maximize product architecture decisions.
- Solid technical background with hands-on experience in product innovation and early-stage concept development.
- Good written and verbal english communication skills and excellent presentation and stakeholder management.
