Sourcing Manager

What you’ll do:
As Sourcing Manager, you will play a central role in selecting and managing Original Design Manufacturers (ODMs) and key suppliers. You’ll help shape our sourcing strategy across core commodities, enabling efficient product lifecycles and robust commercial and legal frameworks.
You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and commercial teams, from early business case ideation to product launch, ensuring the right suppliers are in place to meet quality, cost, and sustainability goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead sourcing strategies aligned with our product roadmap and supplier footprint
- Drive component sourcing with a focus on cost, quality, and availability
- Engage directly in product development, contributing to early-stage design and supplier integration
- Own supplier relationships, acting as the first escalation point for issue resolution
- Oversee RFQs, supplier evaluations, and contract negotiations
- Champion ESG standards, compliance, and long-term supplier performance
- Conduct strategic business reviews and ensure alignment across internal stakeholders
- Continuously optimize the supplier portfolio to meet evolving product needs
Who we’re looking for:
- Proven ability to negotiate complex supplier deals
- A data-driven approach to problem-solving
- Solid grasp of cost drivers, risk management, and global supply markets
- Confidence working cross-functionally and influencing at all levels
- Familiarity with contract law, procurement best practices, and compliance frameworks
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to lead change
You probably have the following experiences & skills:
- 2+ years in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management
- Hands-on experience with product development
- A strong business mindset, with an ability to connect sourcing with broader commercial goals
- Technical understanding of manufacturing or hardware development
- A degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or equivalent (Master’s preferred)
- Fluency in English; Mandarin is a plus
