Are you passionate about creating smart, efficient ways of working? We’re looking for a Operations Development Specialist who’s ready to take ownership of how we run our day-to-day across regions, designing, implementing, and refining processes that keep our teams running smoothly. 

In this role, you’ll work across multiple functions and countries, developing global processes within transport, stock, order management and workflows . From setting up KPIs to analyzing data and leading change, you’ll play a central role in making sure we operate efficiently and consistently, no matter where we are in the world. 

What You’ll Be Doing: 

• Design & Implement Processes: Build global operational frameworks and make sure they’re effectively rolled out across regions and departments. 

• Monitor & Improve: Keep track of how things are running, audit workflows, and help teams stick to what works or evolve what doesn’t. 

• Track Performance: Set up and maintain performance metrics (KPIs), then dive into the data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges. 

• Drive Change: Spot bottlenecks and inefficiencies, bring innovative ideas to the table, and help teams adapt to new tools and processes smoothly. 

• Develop Regional Capabilities: Collaborate with regional operations teams to adapt global frameworks to local needs and strengthen regional execution. 

• Support Tools and Systems Enablement: Contribute to the implementation of systems and tools that enhance operational visibility and efficiency. 

• Strengthen Way of Working: Evaluate current practices to drive structured improvement initiatives and evolve our value chain performance. 

What We’re Looking For: 

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field 

• 2+ years of experience in operations, process development, or analysis 

• Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail 

• Experience working with KPIs and improving processes at scale 

• Confidence communicating across teams and regions 

• Fluency in Swedish and English
