Forecast Manager

We're looking for a Forecast Manager to join our Business Management team and take ownership of maintaining and continuously improving our forecasting process. In this role, you’ll be working with all product categories from Amplifiers and Headphones to Speakers and sub-category streams. You will be in close collaboration and guide the global sales organization and other relevant stakeholders to ensure excellent business planning including financial and demand projections.
You’ll be at the centre of our planning cycle, ensuring we remain agile, informed, and ready to meet market demand across every channel and region.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and manage the forecasting process across multiple product categories.
- Facilitate monthly forecast kick-off and review meetings and manage demand with regional sales leaders.
- Analyze and present trends and data to identify risks, opportunities, and performance gaps.
- Ensure correct decisions are being made on the right data points.
- Collaborate with commercial and supply chain teams to ensure accurate short- and long-term forecasts.
- Manage, Improve and refine forecasting tools, reporting structures, and BI systems.
- Act as a key contact for ad-hoc sales opportunities.
- Contribute to the development of smarter, more responsive planning processes.

We’re looking for someone with:
- 3–4 years’ experience in forecasting, supply chain, business analysis, or a similar field.
- Strong skills in Excel, BI tools and Powerpoint (Planacy and Qlik are ideal; PowerBI is a plus).
- Being able to use and understand information from various sources to a combined conclusion (1+1=3).
- A structured, data-driven approach and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and align across teams.
- Confidence working with multiple systems and large datasets.
- A proactive mindset and natural curiosity to improve how things work.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Fluency in English; Swedish is a plus.
