What you’ll do:
As our Senior Executive Assistant you will predominantly provide support to the CEO and to the CFO & Deputy CEO, as well as a couple of members of the Marshall Group Management Team.
You will act as a key point of contact between the CEO and CFO & Deputy CEO and the rest of the organisation / external partners, maintaining a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality at all times.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and prioritising demands.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Prepare executive reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting materials.
- Organise and attend meetings, take minutes, and ensure action items are followed up.
- Screen and prioritise incoming communications (emails, calls & mail).
- Act as the liaison between the executive team (CEO & CFO/Deputy-CEO)
- Support event planning and organisation on behalf of the executive.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion in all activities.
- Prepare expense reports and assist with budget management.
- Conduct research and compile briefing materials for meetings and business development.
- Support special projects and initiatives led by the executive.
- Monitor tasks and projects to ensure deadlines are met.
- Foster strong relationships with key clients, partners, and employees on behalf of the executive.
Who we’re looking for:
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities (English).
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Powerpoint, Word & Excel).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanour.
- Discretion, integrity, and commitment to confidentiality.
- Proactive approach and problem solving skills.
You probably have the following experiences & skills:
- Minimum 10 years of experience supporting C-suite executives or senior leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field (preferred), or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Fluent both spoken and written English. No other language requirements; however, additional languages are advantageous.
