Right now, we need to strengthen our Creative Services leadership team with a Senior Manager, Creative who will focus on leading a team focused on campaign concept development, art direction, design, print design, UI design, digital production, social media content production & website updates.
** This is a temporary position for 11 months, starting ASAP**
What you’ll do:
The creative team owns the creation and production of best-in-class executional creative campaigns connected to the consumer plan and strategic needs of the business.
The role is responsible for leading a team focused on campaign concept development, art direction, design, print design, UI design, digital production, social media content production & website updates.
Accountable for all creative output of executional assets delivering campaign toolkits, guidelines and best-in-class assets for the entire marketing mix and all distribution channels.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Guide the creative team in the development of marketing creative as part of Integrated Campaigns and Omnichannel shopper marketing strategies
- Lead the ideation, design, and execution of high impact PR lead campaigns that elevate brand awareness and a positive consumer sentiment
- Internal stakeholder management – Manage input and feedback from stake holders including brand Creative Director and Associate Creative Director
- Lead team, including: designers, art directors in the creation of final digital artwork for activations
- Manage team of 5+ direct reports
- Lead, nurture and inspire the Creative Services team in the creation of compelling brand stories and narratives for content (product/ storytelling / story doing) in line with defined strategic creative direction
- Brief and work together with external talent incl. photographers, videographers, stylists, set builders, designers etc. to create content in line with strategic direction
- Support team of creatives by evaluating concepts, copy and art, to ensure a consistent brand messaging, positioning and tone across all touchpoints
- Provide direction and support in the creation of shoot plans for photographic and moving image productions
- Support team in implementing the latest industry tools / software in key areas to support the creative process.
- Lead sign-off procedures of all final hero assets, toolkits and ensure quality of output for final campaign deliverables
- Stay up to date on cultural trends and be a thought leader on the subject of content creation for digital / social platforms
- Work with local markets to ensure brand consistency across executions
- Support in reviewing department creative briefs and statements of work
- Work closely together with other specialists including; Copywriters, Creative Producers, Senior Designers, Senior Art Directors, Senior Graphic Designers, Digital Graphic Designers, Motion Creatives and other external specialists as well as local marketing, Retail, Packaging, and E-Com teams
Who we’re looking for:
- Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with a Tech, Lifestyle or similar consumer brand or content platform
- Experience executing social content as part of omnichannel marketing strategies
- Experience working in E-Commerce/ consumer goods retail
- Strong attention to detail
- Passionate about transforming consumer electronics and strengthening our challenger position with breakthrough creative
You probably have the following experiences & skills:
- 9+ years experience in Concept Development spanning PR, Art Direction, film & photo
- 8+ years experience in film & photo production specialism
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Strong understanding of creative discipline across copy & art, (photography, moving image)
