Right now, we need to strengthen our Consumer Experience team with a Paid Media Manager who will focus on paid media initiatives.

What you’ll do:

Together with the team, owns and drives the execution of paid media campaigns across EMEA and APAC and supports execution in AMERICAS.

Responsible for the delivery and execution of regional paid media plans, following the central strategy and regional needs, to reach and engage consumers along their journey, with relevancy and consistency, to support brand and business objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Drive the execution of paid media initiatives across multiple markets/regions and channels, in alignment with our Central Paid Media strategy and our Brand, Marketing and e-commerce roadmaps.
• Work with the wider media team with the planning and execution of digital brand and performance campaigns.
• Support building a network of editorial and media partners and nurturing relationships with external partners.
• Contribute to regular and consolidated reporting on paid media campaigns.
• Collaborate with wider teams to support Brand, Marketing and e-commerce on integrated marketing plans, consumer plans, QBR and go-to-market deliverables.
• Work with the Creative Services team to specify paid media asset needs, support asset optimisation over time and ensure timely and adapted share-out of assets with agencies and partners.
• Together with the team, drive agency briefing and support with expert feedback and consolidation of plans.
• Be a day-to-day point of contact with our agencies and partners and ensure that campaigns are fulfilling their purpose in achieving set goals.
• Support the continuous evaluation and optimisation of our media mix approach, processes and WoW internally and with external partners.

You probably have the following experiences & skills:

• Proven experience in digital marketing and paid media, including hands-on experience and project management skills.
• Experience working with a music, tech or lifestyle brand or relevant experience working at a media agency.
• Experience with agency management and working closely with specialists within various areas of digital marketing, performance marketing and paid media.
• A great team player with exceptional communication skills, comfortable and agile in evolving environment and a 'can do' attitude.
• Expert knowledge of marketing and advertising products across Google, social platforms (Meta, TikTok), affiliate platforms.
• Extensive experience with media planning, including how to drive consistency and relevancy in communication to target audience(s) across multiple touch points.
• Experience with partner procurement and management such as media agencies and media houses or publishing partners.
• Experience with feed management, tracking management, cross-channel/media mix attribution.
• Experience with tracking, extracting and consolidating key data and insights across multiple simultaneous marketing activations, channels and regions.
