Right now, we need to strengthen our R&D team in Milton Keynes with an Electronic design engineer who will focus on driving audio innovation and enhancing product performance.
What you’ll do:
Lead product development projects, ensuring smooth progression from prototyping to production. Verify and validate designs, communicating issues and solutions. Collaborate closely with software teams and external partners. Troubleshoot manufacturing processes and drive continuous improvements. Be an integral part of a dynamic technical team, fostering innovation and excellence.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Take a leading role in product development projects, from prototyping through to production.
- Receive, review, and follow up on reports verifying and validating the design.
- Clear reporting and communication of issues and solutions.
- Work closely together with the software team, both internally, and with external partners (ODM and design house).
- Trouble shooting for manufacturing process and investigation support for required engineering changes.
- Always push for continuous improvements in the way of working and technical solutions and strive for sustainable solutions in development
- Be a part of an ambitious technical team, consisting of highly skilled electronics, software, and mechanical engineers

You probably have the following experiences & skills:
- Experience in electronics design with a focus on audio electronics.
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
- Experience with schematic capture and PCB layout using Altium Designer.
- Proficiency in both analogue and digital design.
- Experience in testing, fault finding, and verification/validation of requirements.
- Strong organizational skills with a structured approach to documentation.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
