Right now, we need to strengthen our Packaging Team with a user-instruction copy that will focus on creating User-centric information and related Artworks.
What you’ll do:
The User Instructions Copy with additional UX and Graphic skills is responsible for creating intuitive and user-friendly copy for how to use and interact with Marshall. This includes instructions and information to support the products through their complete lifecycle and related processes (design, development, maintenance, and recycling). The role is an important part in creating a positive user experience and is a strong advocate for the end-user information needs, compliance and legal information requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Documentation Management and Support:
- Ensure on-time input of artwork-related information into packaging specification template.
- Provide user methods and instructions for additional instruction material.
- Manage translation of copy and user information by preparing documents, requesting translations, and adding translated copy to respective documents and/or digital assets.
- Support other packaging copywriters and graphic designers.
- Act as a resource for support teams, addressing inquiries related to documentation.
Planning and Collaboration:
- Identify and plan user information needs in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Work closely with product communication stakeholders, development teams, and third-party stakeholders.
- Collaborate and finish selection for packaging artwork.
User manual/instruction development:
- Develop user-centred instructions in English and guide additional instructional materials, including email onboarding, support resources, FAQs, videos, and repair centre instructions.
- Create user instructions that are accurate, relevant, compliant, and user-friendly.
- Ensure timely delivery of artwork and user instruction copy.
- Manage translation of user instructions and packaging copy.
- Create packaging artwork based on brand guidelines and concept.
Who we’re looking for:
The candidate is skilled in language and communication, creating effective user information, and exemplifying professionalism. A strong team player, they are self-independent and capable of driving and managing their own projects and external stakeholders. They manage product documentation and graphic design, ensuring regulatory compliance and user-centered content. Responsibilities include creating product graphics, user instructions, and illustrations, and overseeing translations. They also support packaging, and copy editing, and assist support teams with documentation inquiries.
You probably have the following experiences & skills:
- A few years experience as a technical writer, creating user-centric documentation
- Some experience with Artwork as an artwork or similar
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (English, Technical Communication or similar).
- Experience working with third-party style guides and requirements.
- Experienced in product development.
- Familiarity with Content Management Systems/tools and authoring programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bonus if you have a solid technical understanding of amplifiers, speakers and headphones.

Hybrid remote for us means working in the country listed within the job advert with 3-5 days in the office depending on what the position or project requires.
