Senior Manager, Content & Social Media Strategy

Right now, we need to strengthen our Consumer Experience team with a Senior Manager, Content & Social Media Strategy who will work with the wider marketing team to deliver a holistic story across the consumer journey and implement a relevant content strategy to increase audience engagement and loyalty on our digital platforms.
What you’ll do:
You will own the digital and social media content strategy using knowledge of the digital landscape, content management, algorithms and community engagement to create a seamless consumer experience across all digital channels! While working with our creative and passionate teams, you will be accountable for the delivery of all digital content, ensuring the execution is on brand, timely and compelling.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Work with function experts to build and deliver a digital content strategy that creates a seamless consumer experience across PR, Paid Media, .com and Social Media
- Work closely with the brand team and creative team to ensure the brand storytelling is compelling and engaging
- Deliver content for large-scale campaigns and product launch in relation to the consumer plan and integrated marketing plans
- Streamline Marshall global Social Media channels and provide direction for local and distributor managed platforms
- Analyseand evaluate social data to identify insights that inform strategic recommendations and ideas
- Lead a team of social media enthusiasts to develop a social media strategy focusing on building a loyal community on each channel
Who we’re looking for:
You're probably well versed with social media platforms with a format first approach to content. You're a team player with a desire to understand the needs of our consumers across all regions; EMEA, APAC and Americas, and have market maturity to provide the best business solutions. We're in a growing phase and the environment is ever-changing, we believe that your curious spirit and problem-solving abilities will contribute to your success!
You probably have the following experiences & skills:
- 9+ years of experience in content strategy and developing compelling, story-based campaigns.
- Gather data-driven insights to identify patterns, make informed decisions, and improve the effectiveness of both story and product campaigns
- Support consumer- and integrated marketing plan via cross functional Go-To-Market and 360 integrated digital demand creation plans
- You have increased online community building and engagement via holistic and scalable content, social media strategy creation and implementation
- Experience managing and mentoring teams
- Experience of working in music, tech, lifestyle or heritage brands is a plus
