Right now, we need to strengthen our HR team with a Junior HR Manager who will focus on increasing HR support and enable the HR function to further focus on planned projects and development of the HR function.
What you’ll do:
As Junior HR Manager you will provide employees and managers with expert HR advice and support. You will handle a wide range of HR related areas such as people manager and employee support, rehabilitation, work environment, labor law, HR administration (contracts/certificates etc.), benefits etc. You will handle employment administration and coordinate payroll together with Finance department.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Offer guidance and support to people managers and employees in HR related matters
Support in rehabilitation processes
Handle employee relations and delicate situations within the workplace
Drive continuous improvement in HR policies and practices
Ensure HR processes align with Swedish labour law and internal Marshall Group policies
Labour law advise to managers
Assist with coordinating performance review cycles, salary review and other annual HR calendar activities
Develop content for trainings, create presentations
Assist with the preparation of employment contracts, letters, and other HR documentation
Employee onboarding
Relocation support
Who we’re looking for:
In order to success in the role, you have a hands-on attitude, a consultative approach, a great ability to develop lasting relationships across functions and you thrive in an environment where every day is different – tasks vary from developing processes, policies and HR initiatives, to coaching people managers and employees, to handling administrative tasks.
You probably have the following experiences & skills:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Human Resources or related field.
3+ years Human Resources experience
Strong business level communication skills in both Swedish and English
