Sales Coordinator – Amazon

Right now, we need to strengthen our Logistics & Operations team with a Sales Coordinator for Amazon who will focus on supporting and coordinating Amazon business operations across EMEA and contributing to the continued development of Marshall’s European online marketplace business.
What you’ll do:
As Sales Coordinator – Amazon, you will support the day-to-day operations of Marshall’s Amazon business across EMEA. You will work closely with Sales, Demand Planning, Finance, Amazon Vendor Managers and third-party partners to ensure smooth operations, strong sales performance and excellent customer experience.
Amazon will remain the primary focus of the role, while the position will evolve over time to support additional European online marketplaces and pureplay accounts as Marshall continues to expand its digital commerce footprint.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor daily operational activities across Amazon accounts, including purchase orders, deliveries, shortages and product availability.
Coordinate forecasts, inventory planning, product launches, assortment updates and promotional activities.
Monitor and resolve operational issues, including chargebacks, compliance issues, deductions and trade terms credits.
Maintain accurate product, pricing and customer information and ensure effective catalogue and order management.
Work daily in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), including EDI transactions, and support process improvements and automation initiatives.
Support the onboarding and ongoing operational management of new European marketplaces and pureplay accounts.

You have strong attention to detail and are comfortable coordinating across multiple stakeholders and priorities. You take ownership, solve problems independently and are motivated by improving processes and ways of working.
You probably have the following experiences & skills:
A few years of experience in Amazon working with E-commerce, Sales Operations or Supply Chain.
Proven experience managing Amazon operations across multiple business models and platforms, including product setup, inventory management and order processing.
Experience with Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central.
Experience working with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), including EDI transactions.
Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills, with advanced Excel skills and a data-driven mindset.
Experience with online marketplaces beyond Amazon is considered an advantage.
