Senior Electronics Engineer

Right now, we need to strengthen our Hardware team in Stockholm with a Senior Electronics Engineer who will play a key role in shaping the next generation of Marshall audio products. You will help secure and validate electronics designs from the earliest concept stages through to execution, working closely with cross-functional teams and external development partners. This role combines deep technical expertise with collaboration, problem-solving, and a passion for creating outstanding consumer products. What you'll do
As a Senior Electronics Engineer, you will lead and support development projects focused on headphones and speakers, ensuring electronics designs meet performance, quality, sustainability, and regulatory requirements. You will verify and validate electronics systems, including power management and RF solutions, and work closely with ODM partners throughout product development. You will review test results, identify risks, drive solutions, and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders. Your work will directly influence product quality, development efficiency, and Marshall's ability to explore new technologies and concepts.
Role & Responsibilities
Lead electronics development activities across product development projects
Verify and validate electronics systems, power management solutions, and RF designs for headphones and speakers
Review technical reports and follow up on verification and validation outcomes
Communicate technical risks, issues, and solutions to development teams, suppliers, and stakeholders
Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams, external partners, and suppliers
Drive continuous improvements in ways of working, technical solutions, and sustainable product development

You probably have the following experiences & skills
More than 6 years of professional experience in electronics engineering
Hands-on experience with amplifiers, RF design, and power management solutions
Experience defining and managing requirements with external development partners
Experience within testing, verification, and validation of electronics systems and requirements
BSc degree in Electronics Engineering or a related technical discipline
