Junior Product Manager

Right now, we need to strengthen our Product management team with a Junior Product Manager who will focus on supporting the team in both the speaker and headphone category.
What you’ll do:
You will be part of creating the strategic product roadmap, for both the speaker and headphone category. You will also be in the focal point for all product-centric information, planning and decision-making for specific product ambitions.
The role also means supporting the Product Management team in securing a competitive portfolio and driving the development with a focus on P/L and outcome for the products. Be the go-to person who provides directions, decisions, and prioritization to cross-functional teams and stakeholders across the whole organization on all product matters. Reporting to the Director of Product Management and working closely with the members of the Team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Secure Product market fit - A competitive product position that is desirable by the user, viable for the business, and technically feasible.
- Analyze consumer- and market insights to develop a deep understanding of the market and the user.
- Perform Product discovery with the tech- and design lead to explore opportunities and the right product to build.
- Develop, plan, and present the vision, strategy and roadmap for our product ambitions incl. the business case.
- Align the Product team around the product objectives and requirements.
- Support Brand & Marketing and Sales teams in the go-to-market planning.
- Product portfolio and life cycle management.
- Follow up on the user experience and the products’ business performance.

We are looking for a team player with exceptional communication- and organizational skills. You work well under pressure and can maintain tight deadlines. You are self-motivated, and proactive and can find creative solutions when a challenge arises.
You have a clear ambition to grow within the role of product manager and an aspiration to gain greater responsibility with category ownership.
You probably have the following experiences & skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrating leadership potential.
- Ability to conduct market research.
- Analytical skills to interpret product metrics, user needs and market data to make informed product decisions.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing and sales.
- Ability to advocate for user–centric design decisions.
- Eagerness to stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices in product management.
- We believe you have experience from working in a development organization for physical products and are familiar with their lifecycle.
- Bachelor or Master of Science in relevant engineering field or equivalent.
